VACATION!!!! AL and PCB

A LOT has happened over the last month... Our vacation, a visit with Nana here in AR, a Youth Outing, Birthday party, Grace's first day of 4 year Pre-K and more! Our vacation this year was MUCH anticipated. WE planned it months before and were waiting all Summer for it to get here. It was also the first time we had been to Bama this YEAR! We had not been "home" since before Christmas last year. It was WAY over due! We got to see some family members we had not seen since and even others. It was a wonderful quick weekend visit in AL. We stayed with Adam's family and I tell you, that little street he grew up on, sure it relaxing. We got to see all the family members that live around his parents AND his sister Carey and our neice and nephew, Amanda and Vann! It was so good to see Amanda now. She is over 1 year now and Vann is 3. We all went outside and enjoyed the nice evening walking around the area with the kids. We walked the kids over to see Uncle Don and Aunt Linda's pet bunny rabbit and then went over to Adam's uncle Tommy and Kim, who had her Grandchild over that was a little bit older girl. Anyways, they had a perfect large and flat fenced back yard with ALL kinds of fun things for the kids including: a homemade zip line, a nice playhouse, tree swing, swing set and a great yard to run around in! They had so much fun. It was perfect! We also got to see my step-nephews who Grace just loves too, Andrew, Aaron, and John Curtis. Grace played with them for just a bit one day. And of course, we had to see both my Grandma and his Granny. That just don't happen often enough. It was SO good to see them. I love how Grace can put a smile on their faces too, like none other smile! :)

That truly was a great AL visit. On Sunday morning, we left early the next morning and headed to Panama City Beach!! Nana rode in our van with us. My step-sister Kelly and Grace's step cousin Emily, and my Step-Dad and his brother went too. It was great! The weather wasn't too great. It was stormy or rainy almost every day but we made the best of it. Grace worked on her swimming more while she was there, and loved the beach! It is always hard to leave the beach!
