At 4 months, Hope is really starting to be so much fun!! Really a happy baby now. Developing a little routine. At 4 month check up weighed 13 lbs 11.8 oz. Still sleeps about 9 to 11 hours at night. Naps 3 to 4 times a day. Still swaddle and started putting self to sleep a lot of times if already drowsy. We could lay down some when just drowsy. Usually only fusses when she is sleepy or hungry and maybe for poop diaper or wants some play time or attention. She is easily distracted at this age and is becoming so much more curious with EVERYTHING around her this month. Eats 6-7 times a day. Still nursing and supplementing. Also started really notice and watch our dog , Allie. She seems so interested in her and we can already tell Hope seems like she will be a animal lover.. unlike big Sister, Grace. It took Grace a while! :) She really bats at toys now and holds on to small toys and rattles and loves rattles even more. Started putting everything to her mouth and drools a lot!! She also got her first really runny nose this month. She will try to sit up in the car seat. She truly does not want to miss a THING now!! Said "Hey" for the first time.. hahaha! Makes mostly other vowel sounds with occasional consonant sounds. She also started sitting in Jumperoo by the end of the month with some support!

Mother Day 2014... this is my gift from Grace above that Grace surprised me with while out of the playground at church Sunday morning on Mother's Day.. you gotta love this!
Hope and her friend Esther.. She don't know it yet but we just love her whole family... We spent our Mother's Day with her parents, Brian and Alina Frame and Rod and April Ayers and Charlize at the Ayers house. Rod cooked out steaks and it was the best lunch and company!! :)

I HAD to include this.. Daddy above is painting Grace's toenails!! That is the best!! He did a really good job while Momma painted Hope's for the very first time!!
Hope kept checking out that COLOR on her toes! Just love it!!
AND the big finale.... Hope had her first solid the end of the month on May 29th.. she had rice cereal!! Still trying to figure it out..
