AL fun

So we decided to take a trip to AL before Christmastime. At the last minute we saw that our schedules looked good to take a trip for a long weekend this past weekend. Grace is getting to be a GREAT traveler! Of course, the DVD player is a huge blessing in the car!! :)

We stayed with my Mom and step-Dad and spent some time with her step-cousin Emily while she was there and then spent some time in Gadsden with Adam's family, friends, and Grandma.

The first night my step-sister Tracey, invited us over for dinner as well as my other step-sister, Kelly, and Emily. Grace LOVES her boys (Grace's other step-cousins!) She had a blast with them and ran around giggling about the entire night! :) (By the way, Tracey is the one that you all prayed for that had the cancer. Praise be to God, that the tests showed the cancer was gone after her chemo and radiation!! She is back at work and doing well!) Too bad, I didn't even think to take pictures that night with Grace and all the boys, etc. :(

Grace did get sick with a fever, and runny nose while there. We had to take her to a clinic on Fri. night and they said she had a virus and an ear infection. She was tons better even by the next day, but we postponed lots of visits for another day.

In all, it was a great visit!
